Asian trade shows In a constant effort to support the Asian smartcard market, Micropross is proud to announce its participation to two major trade shows in Asia. First, the IC Card World exhibition, held as every year at Tokyo Big Sight in Tokyo, Japan, which is a trumendous opportunity to exchange with semi-conductor giants located there. Then, for the first time in a 20 years existence, the Cartes exhibition, which is unquestionably the biggest event of the year in the smartcards industry, organises an event in Asia, in Hong Kong. Naturally, Micropross will be present, and exhibit its latest tools and test solutions. This exhibition is held at AsiaWorld-Expo. Please refer to our Tradeshow page for more information. |

Cartes 2009 report As every year, the Cartes 2009 show in Paris was the place to be, when it comes to electronic security. And as every year, Micropross was showcasing their latest tools and solutions in a spectacular booth.
Highlights on our booth included full demonstrations of our NFC testing solutions (analog and digital), our MP300 MCL1 (completely universal low end contactless smartcard personalisation tool), and our VHBR implementation.
Our solutions met huge success among our numerous visitors. Our visitors came from all around the world, including France of course, but also Germany, Scandinavia, China, south-east Asia, Australia, North America, South America.
We have also been delighted by the visit of our worldwide distributors, including Japanese, American, Korean, and Chinese.
Participating to the 2009 edition of Cartes allowed us to meet quality contacts, who could make an opinion for themselves about the quality of our solutions. We would like to thank each and everyone who visited our booth, who exchanged ideas with our engineers, and who attended demonstrations.

Training session For the second consecutive year, Micropross has invited all of its worldwide partners for a one week training session. The goal of this training session, was to inform our partners about our latest developments, and our roadmap for the end of the year, and beginning of 2011. This training session has been the occasion for our partners to manipulate the tools, and get all useful advises from Micropross engineers on how to use them in an optimised manner. Subjects discussed during this session include : -contact technology (ISO 7816, SWP, USB-IC) and associated testing tools -contactless technology (ISO 14443, ISO 15693 (Vicinity), NFC) and associated testing tools -synchronisation of contact and contactless tools -our automated contactless test suites (ISO 10373-6 analog and digital test cases for PICC and PCD, NFC (ISO 22536 and 23917) test cases, ICAO test cases, and ISO 10373-7 test cases (for VICC and VCD)).
